MANGO ORCHARD :
Mango orchard with 12000 yielding trees with 13 and 14 years old grown under high density plantation under Israel technology and it is first of its kind in India. Having 8000 trees of Alphanso and 4000 trees of Kesar and Mallika and Arka Punit. With irrigation facility with drip and sprinkle system.With every year yield of 300 to 400 MT . Having buy back facility with Indian leading company called Field Fresh Foods Pvt Ltd.(Air Tel) for three years for export with provision of 20% of the advance on the total above said supply commitment , This orchard had Europ Gap registration for entire 75 acres for Europ Export and it is the only orchard had this achievement for the year 2007 in Karnataka.With high density plantation the scope of production is 1000MT with mechanization with this orchard . As being the late rite soil the quality of the mango has proven its acceptance in Europe market last year.This orchard can comparable with Reliance orchard which is in Gujrat and Reliance has greeted this orchard as a best orchard in comparison with them in India. in 2008 . As this orchard had Organic certification with buy back tie from Indaway International for export for three years . Mango cropvaluation is Rs. 4,80,00,000 at the rate of Rs 6,40,000/acre with 160 yielding trees of mangoes with age of 13 to 14 years.
Teak Plantation:
The teak plantation planted in the year 1993 with total number of trees 87,120(At Konankere Farm 50,820 planted in 42 acres area and Onikere farm teak has planted in 30 acres area with trees of 36,300 respectively). Now the plantation is due for cutting (thinning) Rs. 4,37,17,000 is plantation value at konanakere (Exclusive of land).
Mango Fresh Plantation
Mango plantation has been done in 16 acres land with trees of 1760 numbers.
Late rite Bricks quarry:
In 20acres found late rite bricks quarry which will have very high potential in all the in and around the area and having scope of marketing with Rs per brick for the size 6x9 inch brick demand is very high , every days unlimited production , also it can be sold advance. For the production , surface cutting machine has been designed with diamond cutter will operate with 20HP power with a production capacity of 3000 to 4000 bricks per day . The machineries has been designed in consultation with a multinational company which will has monopoly in this field. So for nobody has designed it for this type in India for litrate bricks.
